Detta hittade jag långt bak på väggen på karrot om kommersenmötet 17/1 -19:
De som antecknade förra mötet om hämtningar på Linné och Masthugget, skicka gärna dem till mig så jag kan sammanställa. Vi har nya regler och rutiner som vi kom överens om och alla måste följa, sammanfattningsvis:
- Att göra hämtning innebär att man gör det hela vägen från butik till kylskåpet.
- Sortering av mat från Masthugget till sig själv sker på Kommersen, tillsammans med andra maträddare.
- Man kommer alltid vid angiven tid och meddelar alltid om man kommer för sent, eller väntar om man kommer för tidigt. Om du får förhinder mindre än 24 timmar innan hämtning så måste du höra av dig till de andra som är uppskrivna så att de vet att du inte kommer.
- Det gäller max 4 hämtningar / månad på Linné och 6 hämtningar / månad på Masthugget. Undantag är om platser inte är ifyllda på samma dag

There are new rules and routines to be followed for the pickups at Hemköp Masthugget and Linné. I’m waiting for the notes from our last meeting before I put them up here at the respective store pages on Karrot. Here are the most important points, summarized:
- To do a pickup means that you’ll do it all the way from the store to the fridge.
- Getting food from Hemköp Masthugget to yourself only happens at Kommersen, together with other foodsavers
- You should respect the given times. If you will be late, you should tell others. If you come too early, you should wait. Always let others know that you’re leaving a pickup if you do it within 24 hours
- There’s a limit of max 4 pickups a month at Linné and 6 pickups a month at Masthugget. The exception is if there are slots available on the same day
